order to submit your application, only the required fields. However, you will
be required to give us any missing information required by our lenders or
investors in order for us to continue processing your application. We have affiliated to various degrees with other companies in order to provide you with additional services. All information provided to obtain these services is collected and maintained by these businesses and not us. We do not audit their privacy policies. What
other information do we collect and how is it used? We
may also collect certain demographic and financial information from you
including, but not limited to, years of schooling, dependents,
employment information, income, assets and liabilities in order to process
your loan application. When you visit this website, we
collect some anonymous information about your computer, including, but not
limited to: IP address (your computer's unique “address” on the Internet) Browser software (for ex. Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) We use information collected about your
computer to perform routine website maintenance and to generate aggregate web
site traffic reports so we can develop site content and features of value to
you.
In addition, we do assign an anonymous
number to identify you during each visit to our website. This anonymous number
allows us to respond to your requests for Web pages as you navigate throughout
the site. We automatically delete this anonymous number when you leave our site.

aggregate information on site activity, but do not store any personally

As a result, your application, credit report and other information you provide us or we obtain in verifying the information you gave us is shared with these companies for the purpose of evaluating and servicing your loan. Depending on your credit profile, your auto loan application may be referred to different lenders for evaluation other than any specifically noted on our site. As
noted above, we may need to contact your employer, bank and credit references to
obtain proof of income, liabilities and reported assets. You agree that we can
contact you by phone, email or fax (if you gave us a fax number) in order to
facilitate the processing of your loan application. By
giving us an application online, you agree that we can make required disclosures
to you over the Internet and affirm that you are able to receive email at the
email address you gave us, to save that email if you want to for later review
and to print it out if you want to keep it in paper form. We
also allow other companies who are not our business partners to have “links”
(the ability to jump from our website to their website by clicking); if you jump
to their site, you are governed by their policies.
